A wonderful way to impress your friends and/or loved ones for a special evening in the ambiance of your home kitchen.  Have you ever wondered how chefs make simple but delicious sauces for their entrees?  Ever wanted to learn how to make a fabulous soufflé?  I will be the Chef to show you and/or your group the secrets and tricks in the culinary arts. Together we will explore the many wonders and flavors of foods from around the world and learn how to create your own recipes.

Select the menu items you are interested in and together we will create each menu item step by step.  Afterwards we can enjoy each dish while reviewing the finer points of service and presentation.

Cost for Instructional Classes:

$50 per person.  Includes class instruction and recipes.  If you host a class and get 4 additional people to attend, the host's tuition is waived. The minimum class size is 4.
