Cooking has always been a comfort and a joy for me.  I've always had a passion for cooking and decided to share this passion with others, thus creating Meals by Design.  Having cooked for many years for friends and family I was encouraged to pursue what I truly love to do and that is create in the kitchen. 

Meals by Design is an extension of my own home cooking.  I love a variety of cuisines and look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for different flavors with my clients. For me, cooking and entertaining is about making people feel good.  During my tenure as a sous chef, I've been fortunate enough to have worked with many talented chefs such as Hugh Carpenter, who brings us western entrées with an Asian flair, Jim Lupia, food stylist and fellow resident of PA well known for his love of garlic, and George Geary, CCP, former head pastry chef for Disney.  I am a current member of the American Professional Chef Association, fully insured and a certified food handler through the National Restaurant Association ServeSafe Program.  I currently reside in Bucks County, PA.   When not in the kitchen creating, I enjoy spending time with my 7 yr. old son, Zev.  He's learning to become a cooking enthusiast just like his dad as he always wants to help me make dinner.
